Return Policy
Is your package not to your liking? That's unfortunate! We want to resolve this for you quickly. You can return a product within 30 days of receiving it. Our return service is available for products that meet the following conditions:
The product is complete, in its original condition, and undamaged.
The product has its original labels, tags, and/or cards.
The product is in its original undamaged packaging (if possible).
The product is unworn and unwashed.
How can I return my order?
Do you want to return an item? Then send an email to info@inodes-cosmetics.com, mentioning your order number and stating that you want to return the package.
How long do I have to return my order?
According to the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your package. However, we want to give you a little more time to make your choice. That's why you have 30 days to notify us of your return. Once you have notified us of the return, you have an additional 14 days to return the package.
Can I try on ordered products before returning them?
Of course, you can try on the received products. Please make sure not to wear them and do not break the seals on hygiene-sensitive products. If we see any damage or wear indicating more than just evaluating the product, we will reduce the amount you receive back by the resulting depreciation.
What are the costs for returning my order?
For returning packages, you only pay €5.50 excluding VAT. This amount will be deducted from the refund you receive from us.
What happens when I have returned my order?
Once your package reaches the carrier, you will be informed about the return process. We will send you a message when the return package arrives, when we process the package, and when you will receive your money back. If you return the entire package, we will also refund the delivery costs. Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will process it within 7 days at the latest.
How long does it take to receive my purchase amount back?
As soon as we receive your return package, you will receive the purchase amount and any delivery costs within 7 days at the latest. We may wait to refund until we have received the return or until you have proven that you have sent it back. The amount will be refunded to the payment method you have chosen.​
